A project with a variety of stages. We had to clear the old carpet, to undercut the skirting, to fit new skirting in storage, to apply liquid DPM over a small concrete surface, to build a seamless step to join the new engineered floor with the existing one in the most discreet manor possible, to sand the old floor and to colour match it with the new one and, of course to actually install a new wooden floor. I almost forgot to mention the entrance doormat frame and the frame around the fireplace.
And you may think that we are talking about the whole home. Well, surprisingly, it is about the lounge and kitchen.
A demanding project but this also made it a wonderful. As you may see we manage to achieve the goals.
