A small and very chic flat in Battersea beautifully transformed with a continuous bamboo flooring which seamlessly flows throughout the surface and stairs as well.
A light and modern parquet floor maintaining it's natural look, wonderfully rounding the design concept of this home. For any wooden floor the substrate has a direct impact onto the outcome of the final result. Therefore after the carpet was removed, the thermoplastic tiles were scraped, the kitchen lino removed and the higher areas grinded.
We were delighted to see the outcome of this project. Although not a large one the floor produced an amazing effect. Despite it's dark appearance the space didn't become smaller but actually became warmer and more welcoming as well as serious and elegant.
We were called to remove the old laminate and to install a beautiful engineered oak floor. After a thorough assessment we decided together with the client that the floating method of installation is the best approach for this project.

There are some aspects related to these which have to be considered.
