We truly like this solution of cladding the stairway. It brings a clear and crisp look of the stairs by eliminating the majority of the joints leaving only the essential ones. The look is of a solid yet supple structure allowing the wide, uninterrupted wood surfaces to reveal the grains natural beauty.

This type of cladding requires skills and patience as it doesn't allow room for error. For this project we had an increased challenge to join the landing floor with the stairs in the same manner. We actually created a continuous, integrated design starting from the first step up to the landing.
