Wooden Floors Cleaning

A regular cleaning routine will simplify your floor care. Everyday dust and dirt are your floors worst enemy, dust mop, vacuum or sweep regularly. This also serves as regular visual inspection of the floor surface so any potential risk will be noticed.

Wood and water are best friends, but keep them separate. Do not apply the same wet treatment for wooden floors as for tiles. This will cause extreme tensions into your wooden floor through expansions and warping or swelling will appear. Even worst than this the edges may crack and split.
Also the classic household detergents or cleaning products are to aggressive for a wooden floor. Using them will ruin the finishing layer leaving the wood unprotected.

Vacuuming is essential but avoid vacuum heads with beater bars or with any abrasive parts. They will scratch the floor. Turn off the beater bar, or use the attachment for upholstery.

After vacuuming use Bona  Wood Floor Cleaner for the best result or Osmo Wash and Care.  Just spray and wipe!

If your floor was oiled with Osmo oils we recommend for cleaning Osmo Wash and Care and if a more intense cleaning is needed Osmo LIQUID WAX CLEANER.
