Bespoke Floating Shelves Made to Measure

After we completed the wooden flooring installation the client was so pleased with our craftsmanship that we were asked to create some additional custom floating shelves to store a large collection of books.
Of course we were glad of such appreciation.

A special care was taken to the strength of the shelves as they had to cope with the considerable weight of the books, especially that the plaster was quite weak and one side of the alcove very narrow.

Floating shelves can be a wonderful solution to get that needed storage and at the same time to keep a simple and relaxed environment.
