I invited a number of companies to provide quotes for work to take up flooring across the whole of my upstairs, relevel joists to fix a notably sloping floor, and lay new wood flooring. Fin Wood not only provided by far the most detailed, helpful, considered and professional quote, but also the best price. The standard of their workmanship, speed and care for my property was maintained throughout. Grateful for a top quality job.

Faultless laying of flooring and creation of steps using wood supplied from Havwoods. Clean, punctual, polite and also agreed to do some add on jobs that saved me a lot of effort. The block concierge also commented on how easy the team were to work with.

After building a coffee table, I asked Fin Wood back to build some cabinets. I was so pleased with their previous work that I asked them to return again for another job. And once again they did not fail to meet my high expectations. The cabinets are smart, strong and practical and replaced some bowing bracket shelves I had for years. It's an old Victorian flat and nothing is straight or level but the cabinets manage to fit in perfectly and look like they have always been there.

I love my new coffee table. It is such a feature in my living room everyone asks me where I bought it from and I smile and explain it's from Fin Wood. Amazingly it matches perfectly my oak floor and compliments my dark furniture. I used to hunt in second hand shops for furniture and waste a lot of time usually not finding what I needed. Now I know this service is available I'm thinking about a dining room table from Fin Wood next.

Alin came by and provided a detailed quotation. Alin dropped off his joiner in the morning and checked on him a few times throughout the day. We were expecting Alin to do the work so were surprised to find that the joiner who did not speak English did all the work. Fortunately the joiner did a brilliant job. I would suggest you check to see if it is Alin or another joiner who will actually do the job as his prices are higher than other quotes we had and we thought we were paying more to get Alin.
