I am extremely happy with my new floor. Alin is very knowledgeable about his work and explains everything in great detail and with a lot of passion for the subject. Alin's quote was broken down well and whilst he was not the cheapest quote we received, I felt confident we'd get the results we wanted. Alin worked very hard whilst on the job and it was completed perfectly within 2 days and the skill he employs is obvious. We are very pleased.

Alin ”rescued” our stairs after a botched job by someone (recommended by the shop that sold us the wood) that had left us stressed and on tenterhooks. Alin was more expensive than others we received quotes from, but we decided it was worth it, in order to have something beautiful that will stand the test of time. Alin is a very professional, courteous and affable person, and we would certainly recommend him to our friends and family.

If you need a wood floor laid, Alin is your man. I can't imagine anyone being as passionate about wood flooring as him, and it really shows in the quality of his workmanship. His attention to detail is second to none and his advice was really helpful. He's incredibly friendly and professional. I can't recommend him highly enough.

The whole package has been excellent and friendly - advice, detailed quote, fitting in with my timing, good and quick communication, quality of workmanship, care with home during work. Make sure you ask Alin about all the details such as what finishing is included, what happens to the waste, delivery dates etc. so they can be included in the quote. Recommend this company!

Excellent! From the first meeting with Alin to discuss the scope of work till the job was complete, I have been nothing but impressed by the service, standard and quality of work. Alin went above and beyond by providing me with so many info and insights to wood floors even before I committed to the project and that reassured me that I made the right decision to go with Fin Wood. I highly recommend Alin and his team for any wood flooring project.

Following water damage I needed 2 sq m of my wooden floored replaced. Alin was excellent in his approach and workmanship. Other companies who quoted wanted to inflate the job by insisting on removing skirting boards or radiators, all of which could cause more problems and expense. By his skill and care Alin demonstrated that nonsense to be completely unnecessary and made the job completely stress-free for me. Highly recommended.

Alin and his colleague were extremely polite, respectful of my property, punctual and pleasant to have around. They were hard workers and it was clear Alin wants to do his work perfectly. The work was completed to a very high standard and the floors look amazing. Afterwards the house was left very clean and dust free. I was impressed by Alin's knowledge of his craft. He was very helpful at every stage. Getting wooden floors fitted is a big investment and I'm very happy to have chosen Alin to do the work.
