Alin came by and provided a detailed quotation. Alin dropped off his joiner in the morning and checked on him a few times throughout the day. We were expecting Alin to do the work so were surprised to find that the joiner who did not speak English did all the work. Fortunately the joiner did a brilliant job. I would suggest you check to see if it is Alin or another joiner who will actually do the job as his prices are higher than other quotes we had and we thought we were paying more to get Alin.

Alin was very professional and courteous, and knowledgable about the options available to us. The work was completed with great attention to detail and in the estimated time frame. On Alin's advice we went with an oil finish, as this is easier to reapply on an annual basis to manage wear and tear. The only small problem in hindsight is that in the kitchen around the sink and stove, the oil finish is very susceptible to water marks, so we need to be vigilant and use the specialist cleaning and re-oiling productions more frequently than on the old floor.

Happy with the work from start to finish. Alin visited prior to the work being done as originally I was considering herringbone just to the hallway. Alin provided lots of info on the process and the work to be done but advised it probably wasn't the best choice for a narrow hallway. I went for 21 cm boards in the end and thought I might as well do the lounge too! Alin and his colleague worked solidly for 2 days, and laid the floor including undercutting the boards and door jams. Very happy with the work and would definitely recommend.

The products that I received were excellent along with the first class customer service. All orders were received in the allocated time stated and I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. I wish that a lot of Internet companies would take note of this company in how to treat the customer right first class products with first class service.

The quality of the new floor installation is excellent and they managed to remove just about all the creaks an groans in the sub-floor (anything not completely fixed was beyond their control). The apartment was left very clean. They started on time and completed ahead of schedule for the agreed upon price. Alin was also very helpful in advising on flooring materials, sourcing, etc beforehand. All in all, very professional, skilled and diligent craftsmen; would highly recommend!
