Oak Herringbone Aged Natural Oiled Antique 19x70x280mm
Oak is a highly popular species that is a real classic and is suitable for a wide range of finishes and appearances, so that you can achieve the style you want.
Our aged oak parquet looks like it has aged gracefully over the years and has all the character and charm of a reclaimed floor. The advantages of modern manufacturing techniques mean that unlike original solid wood parquet, our engineered aged blocks can be used with underfloor heating.
Antique oiled Oak has a rich and deep brown overtone, accentuating the grain of the wood to give an antique character. Oil finishes penetrate into the wood to protect the timber and in doing so, enhance the grain. This adds depth to the wood’s natural appearance in the process.
Parquet can be used in any room in the home. It makes a fantastic first impression in hallways, brings an elegant charm to living rooms, and looks stunning in bedrooms. Parquet suits all styles of décor and is completely versatile. In bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, snugs, bathrooms, and hallways, parquet will always look the part. There are plenty of fitting options to consider, including the classic and universally adored herringbone pattern, in addition to attractive basket weave and brick designs. It all comes down to a matter of personal preference and the effect you want to create.
